Keto bread preparation
Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs separated
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 4 tbsp Butter melted
- 1 ½ almond flour
- ¼ tsp cream of tartar
- 1 pinch salt
Directions:
- First you should heat the oven to 190 Celsius.
- Than separate the egg whites from the yolks and with mixer mix egg whites with tartar cream until soft peaks form.
- Also mix the yolks, butter, almond flour, baking powder and salt.
- The dough will be thick. You should add 1/3 of the beaten egg whites to the almond flour dough and combine them well. But do not over mix.
- Buttered a 8×4 loaf pan and add the bread mixture to bake for about 30 minutes. With toothpick check weather the bread is cooked.
Serving – 20 slices
Preparation – 10 minutes
Baking – 30 minutes
